My name is William Rinehart. I am a graduate student in Communication at the University of Illinois Chicago. I am fascinated by communication, information and telecom policy, architecture and the city of Chicago. Currently I am researching the rhetoric of economics and public policy, and writing my thesis, which focuses on the market as a linguistic concept.
